Depending on how the platform is used, we may collect and process:

• account information, including names, email addresses, and user roles,
• analytics, reporting, and social media data made available through authorized integrations,
• technical, device, and usage information required for security, diagnostics, and service improvement.

Information may be used for the following legitimate business purposes:

• to authenticate users and administer access rights,
• to operate dashboards, reports, and synchronization features,
• to maintain platform security, integrity, and operational reliability,
• to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and product enhancement.

Where users choose to connect services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta platforms, or TikTok, the system processes only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested reporting, publishing, and integration functionality.

When you connect a TikTok account, we access TikTok data (including basic profile information and, where authorized, the ability to upload and publish content on your behalf) solely to provide the features you request. Our access and use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Policy, including applicable limited-use requirements. Content you publish to TikTok through the platform is additionally governed by TikTok’s own Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from Settings → Data Sources, which removes the TikTok access tokens we hold and stops further syncing. You may additionally delete the TikTok analytics data we have stored at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy. You can also revoke NexPulse’s access directly from your TikTok account’s app-management settings.

NexPulse’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and YouTube scopes is used solely to provide and improve the reporting and publishing features you request, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not sold. Humans do not read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to authorized personnel, affiliated service providers supporting the operation of the platform, or competent authorities where required by law, regulation, or lawful request.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, security, audit, or legal compliance purposes, after which it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise securely disposed of in accordance with internal practices.

Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users may request updates to their account information or inquire about available deletion, correction, or access options through their organization’s administrator or by contacting us directly where appropriate.

This policy is administered in Singapore by NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd and is intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable Singapore laws and regulatory requirements.

Our public website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through our pages, so that we can judge which content is useful. This involves cookies set in your browser by Google, which record information such as the pages viewed, the approximate region you are browsing from, and the website or campaign that referred you.

We use this only in aggregate to measure website performance. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell this information. Analytics is not applied to the signed-in product: pages inside your workspace are not reported to Google Analytics.

Where you arrive from a campaign link, we may record the referring source together with your sign-up so that we can attribute new accounts to the channel that introduced them.

You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The platform remains fully functional if you do.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The effective update date displayed on this page will indicate the latest revision.
