How does the 14-day free trial work?

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just an email address. A credit card is only required when you choose a paid plan after your trial ends.

How do I connect my ad accounts and analytics?

From your workspace settings, go to Integrations and click Connect next to the platform you want to add. NexPulse uses authorized OAuth — you'll be redirected to the platform to approve access. No API keys or developer setup required.

What are credits and how are they used?

Accepted Answer

Credits power the AI features in NexPulse. PulseAI analysis costs 3–5 credits per query, content generation costs 3 credits per piece, image creation costs 10 credits, and video generation costs 20 credits. Credits are shared across your entire workspace. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that refreshes at the start of each billing month — annual plans get the same monthly allowance, topped up each month across the year.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If your org pool runs out of credits, AI features will be paused until you top up or your monthly credits refresh. You can purchase top-up packs (100, 500, or 1,000 credits) anytime from your billing settings — they are added to your pool instantly. Plan credits are always used first, then your purchased top-up credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits do not roll over — they reset at the start of each billing month. Top-up credits you purchase never expire — they stay in your pool until used and are kept even if you downgrade or cancel.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get the higher plan and its credits right away, and only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle, charged at the time of upgrade. Downgrades (and switching annual to monthly) take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; you keep your current plan and its credits until then, and can cancel the scheduled change anytime before it applies.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that, syncing stops and your monthly plan credits are frozen, but you keep view-only access to your data and can still use any remaining top-up credits. Resubscribe anytime to restore full access.

What is the annual discount?

Annual plans save 17% compared to monthly billing — equivalent to roughly 2 months free per year. You are billed once upfront for the full year.

Which platforms does NexPulse support?

NexPulse currently supports Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok (organic and ads), and YouTube. LinkedIn Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, and more are coming soon.

How often does data sync?

Data syncs automatically in the background. Most platforms sync every few hours; you can also trigger a manual sync from your Settings page at any time.

Can I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From Settings → Data & Privacy, you can delete stored data per source. This removes our records only — it does not disconnect the integration or delete data from the original platform.
